The vision behind Mula was to create a sanctuary in Tel Aviv that embodies mindful living through food, atmosphere, and community. I developed Mula’s concept to be a place where guests can embrace wellness and enjoy consciously crafted, nourishing options. The menu I designed features a curated selection of superfood drinks, from artisan coffees and ceremonial-grade matcha to lattes infused with adaptogens—all paired with carefully sourced plant-based milks. I crafted every item with purpose, including gluten-free sandwiches and desserts that are entirely free from gluten and refined sugars, ensuring each dish is as nourishing as it is satisfying.
Set within a lush garden, Mula extends beyond a café to offer an immersive wellness experience. Guests can enjoy a library of wellness books, join meditation classes, and attend wellness-oriented lectures, all designed to foster connection, learning, and relaxation. Mula is a unique concept that integrates my approach to wellness with a welcoming space for conscious living in the heart of the city.
