dulce de coco

A Healthy Twist on a Timeless Favorite

I’m excited to share with you one of my proudest culinary creations:
Dolce de Coco. Inspired by my journeys through Chile and Argentina, where the beloved dulce de leche reigns supreme, I sought to reinvent this classic treat into a healthier, vegan alternative. This creamy coconut-based spread captures the rich flavors of the original while being free from dairy and refined sugars.

Dolce de Coco made its debut in my Urban Shaman popup store, quickly becoming a fan favorite. I later featured it in my restaurant, serving it on gluten-free toast topped with fresh banana slices, crunchy cacao nibs, and a sprinkle of chia seeds. The combination not only offers a delightful taste experience but also provides a nourishing twist, packed with healthy fats, antioxidants, and fiber.

Whether you enjoy it for breakfast, a snack, or as a decadent dessert, Dolce de Coco brings a touch of indulgence to your plate while aligning with your wellness goals. I invite you to try making this delicious spread at home and experience the joy of savoring a guilt-free version of a cherished classic!
